Adele [1] is set to feature in a one-off ITV special at the London Palladium, airing this Sunday 21 Nov. The special comes just after the singer sat down with Oprah [2] to discuss the process behind her highly anticipated new album 30 [3], along with opening up about her divorce from Simon Konecki and coparenting their son, Angelo.
ITV's An Audience With Adele will see the superstar perform a selection of new tracks from the album along with some classic hits, in front of a live audience made up of the singer's "own personal heroes and heroines, fellow musicians, artists, actors, sportsmen, sportswomen and more", according to ITV. The trailer was released shortly after the show was announced and featured the likes of Stormzy, Alan Carr, Samuel L Jackson, Michael McIntyre, and Emma Watson [4].
"As one of the world's most in-demand stars, we are beyond thrilled to bring this one-off night to ITV. Adele is a remarkable artist and this will be a very special event," ITV's head of entertainment commissioning, Katie Rawcliffe, said of the special.
Watch the star-studded trailer for An Audience With Adele ahead, before it airs on ITV on 21 Nov at 7.25 p.m.
