Forest Whitaker as Jeronicus Jangle

Whitaker, an Oscar winner for The Last King of Scotland, plays toymaker Jeronicus Jangle in this holiday flick. You know him from his decades of big screen work, including his more recent roles as Saw Gerrera in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and as the spiritual leader Zuri in Black Panther [6].

Hugh Bonneville as Delacroix

Downton Abbey's patriarch will play the still-mysterious character Delacroix. It's not his first time in a family film, nor in a musical: he appeared in Paddington 2 and played a singing pirate in the musical TV show Galavant.

Phylicia Rashad

Rashad, a TV icon thanks to her role as Clair Huxtable on The Cosby Show, is set to appear in her first film musical. She's got some experience with musicals, though: she starred in Broadway productions of Dreamgirls and The Wiz, among others.

Anika Noni Rose

Could there be a better fit for Netflix's Christmas movie musical? Rose is best known as the voice of Princess Tiana in The Princess and the Frog, but she's done much more than that. She was the "third" member of the girl group in the movie version of Dreamgirls and won a Tony in 2004 for Caroline, or Change.

Keegan-Michael Key

Key is truly one of those performers who can do anything, so it's no wonder he's adding a Christmas musical to his resume! He's most recently lent his voice to not one, but two Disney movies: as Ducky in Toy Story 4 and as the hyena Kamari in the 2019 remake of The Lion King.

Ricky Martin as Don Juan Diego

Martin is lending his trademark flair to a motion-capture role this time around: he's set to play Don Juan Diego, a devious and villainous matador figurine come to life.
