Joshua Bassett first captivated our attention with his stunning vocals on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series, and now he's releasing music of his own. On Friday, the 19-year-old singer and songwriter dropped his debut single with Warner Records titled "Common Sense." If you're a longtime fan, you're probably already familiar with the catchy tune. Bassett first gave a glimpse of the song, which he wrote himself, on his Instagram page back in July 2018. Just like his original performance, the song shows off his impressive vocals as he sings about loving someone even though he knows he probably shouldn't.
