Kacey Musgraves Delivers a Soul-Baring SNL Performance Wearing Just Her Boots and a Guitar

Kacey Musgraves lays bare her soul in the recent heartbreak album Star-Crossed. It was fitting then that the country singer similarly stripped away all the props, lighting, and costumes for her return to Saturday Night Live during the season premiere on 2 Oct.
Musgraves performed both "Camera Roll" and "Justified" on the sketch show, and for the latter, she simply sat "nude" on a stool, with her guitar providing privacy, in an apparent homage to Forrest Gump. Following the performance, Musgraves tweeted a still from the film depicting Jenny's strip-club performance of "Blowin' in the Wind". Watch both of her emotional performances ahead.
