Kanye West Brings Out Jack Harlow, Alicia Keys, and Pusha T in "Donda 2" Live Stream

Kanye West [1] gave fans a preview of his upcoming album, "Donda 2 [2]," during a live-stream event on 22 Feb. The Miami event was broadcast on YouTube with West performing songs from "Donda [3]" and "Donda 2" and some tracks he's featured on by other artists, including The Game's "Eazy" and Pusha T's "Diet Coke." Guest appearances included Alicia Keys [4], Jack Harlow [5], Pusha T, Playboi Carti, and The Game. Despite previous backlash, West also brought out Marilyn Manson [6] and DaBaby [7]. Manson has been accused of sexual assault [8] by multiple women, including his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood, and in July 2021, DaBaby spewed homophobic remarks [9] and misinformation about HIV/AIDS [10] to the crowd at the Rolling Loud Festival.

The live stream opened up with nearly three hours of the sound of a heartbeat before the performances, taking place surrounding a replica of his childhood home. Among West's most shocking moments were two songs aimed at his estranged wife [11], Kim Kardashian [12], and her boyfriend, Pete Davidson [13]. In The Game's "Eazy," West raps, "God saved me from that crash, just so I can beat Pete Davidson's ass." He later raps, "He's not a threat, send him a text, put him in a timeout . . . I'll put your security at risk. Never stand between a man and his kids," in the song "Security."

When it came to Kardashian, West sampled her "Saturday Night Live [14]" opening monologue in "Sci-Fi," where she says, "I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he is the richest Black man in America. A talented, legit genius who gave me four incredible kids."

With the exception of the "Donda 2" live-stream event, the album will not be on streaming services [15]. West announced on 17 Feb. that "Donda 2" will only be available via his own platform, the STEM Player [16], which will cost fans £200. Watch the full live stream above.
