While The Mandalorian [1]'s season two October premiere date [2] is still a ways off, we've at least got a trailer to tide us over until then. On Tuesday, Disney+ released the official trailer, giving us our first glimpse at the action-packed second season. Although the clip doesn't reveal much, at least when it comes to new characters like Ahsoka Tano [3], there are still plenty of great moments between Mando and The Child. The two seem to make great headway in their galactic road trip to return The Child to the Jedi — going by land, air, space, and sea. Of course, their most iconic moment in the trailer has to be Mando saying, "Wherever I go, he goes," before kicking some serious alien ass.
We already know the story this season [4] is going to be on a larger scale than the first, which saw Mando hunting The Child before ultimately deciding to protect him. From the sweeping shots of space to the expertly timed fight scenes, we can't wait to see just how large their story becomes. The trailer also leaves us with a few questions, like who is the mysterious hooded woman? Could it be Sabine Wren from Star Wars: The Clone Wars? Is she the key to connecting Mando to Ahsoka? While we don't have answers just yet, you can watch the trailer below before checking out all the first-look pictures to get you excited for Oct. 30!
