Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa Are Temptresses on Trial in "Sweetest Pie" Video

Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa are on the hunt for a good time in their collaboration "Sweetest Pie." The rapper and singer teamed up for a new single and accompanying music video on Friday. In the storybook-themed music video, Megan and Lipa tempt two men into their castle for a bit more than dessert. The two men lured into their castle eventually escape and gather others to capture Megan and Lipa. The witchy duo are tied to a tree to be burned, but they inevitably escape.

"Ooh, this the ride of your life / Hold on 'cause, baby, I might / I might just give you a bite of the sweetest pie," Lipa sings in the chorus. Megan's lines skip over the innuendos and get straight to it. "I want that nasty, that freaky stuff / Live under my bed and keep me up / That Hansel and Gretel, let him eat me up," she raps.

In addition to the music video, Megan made a stop on Lipa's new podcast "At Your Service." During her appearance, they discussed being women in a male-dominated industry. "It is a crazy double standard," Megan said of the expectations set for women during live performances. "Sometimes I just have to take it as, 'Everyone knows that we are superior, so they expect us to arrive as the superior beings that we are.' We get critiqued so heavily because everyone knows women are the sh*t, so everyone is looking for us to be the sh*t all the time."

Lipa went on to point out the double standard of when men express their sexual desires in rap and when women are unapologetic about it. Speaking specifically about "WAP," Megan said, "If men feel like pleasure is not all about them, then it's absurd . . . Pleasure does not go one way so if you get offended by a woman talking about how she likes to be pleased, then I think you need to take a step back and reevaluate what you're into." Dua quipped, "They should take note and be like 'Megan's schooling us at the moment.'"

Megan and Lipa are set to perform "Sweetest Pie" during the later dates of the British singer's North American tour. In the meantime, watch their "Sweetest Pie" video above.
