See All of Michael B. Jordan's Hilarious "SNL" Promo Skits Ahead of His Hosting Debut
Michael B. Jordan isn't the only one excited about his "Saturday Night Live" hosting debut on Jan. 28. The "Creed III" star will be accompanied by musical guest Lil Baby, and earlier this week, Jordan stopped by "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" to talk about how his upcoming gig is "going great." Jordan also dished about the hilarious way the "SNL" crew prepared for his arrival — about a decade in advance.
When Fallon asked Jordan about "the pillow," the actor chuckled before he shared how he'd unknowingly slept with some "SNL" crew members. "They're like, 'Alright, this might be a little weird. We actually have been living with you for the last 10 years,'" he recalled. Apparently, an "SNL" employee bought one of the show's producers a life-size pillow with Jordan's picture printed on it, which many crew members have taken naps on during their shifts. With Fallon showing the audience a photo of it, Jordan said he asked the "SNL" team, "'So wait, every lady in here has slept with me at some point over the last 10 years?'"
Clearly, the "SNL" crew is having a lot of fun prepping for Saturday's show with Jordan. Leading up to the episode, "SNL" dropped two promo videos of Jordan tapping into his comedic skills, one in which he accidentally breaks cast member Michael Longfellow's nose with his Adonis Creed-like reflexes. In another, while promoting his hosting gig, cast member Heidi Gardner jokingly asks Jordan out for Valentine's Day.
