Watch Miley Cyrus Sing at Super Bowl TikTok Tailgate: Videos

Miley Cyrus Put on a Full-Fledged Concert Before the Super Bowl, and Yes, It Rocked

Miley Cyrus lit up the stage at the NFL TikTok Tailgate before Super Bowl LV on Sunday, blessing the crowd with a full-on concert that seriously rocked. The "Plastic Hearts" singer headlined the pregame event, performing for 7,500 vaccinated healthcare workers gathered at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

Wearing quite the sexy cheerleader-esque outfit, Cyrus kicked things off with a rendition of Toni Basil's "Mickey," swapping in her first name in place of the song's title. She went on to change into a football uniform-inspired look and belt out a mix of her own new and old hits, including "Prisoner," "Party in the U.S.A.," "Wrecking Ball," and "The Climb." She also infused her set with plenty of kickass covers, singing Blondie's "Heart of Glass," Bikini Kill's "Rebel Girl," and bringing out both Joan Jett and Billy Idols for joint performances of their respective hits.

Of course, Cyrus wasn't the only big performance on Sunday. Before kickoff, Jazmine Sullivan and Eric Church teamed up to sing the national anthem, H.E.R. delivered an incredible rendition of "America the Beautiful," and poet Amanda Gorman recited a powerful piece dedicated to pandemic heroes. Oh, and let's not forget about The Weeknd's halftime show debut! Watch a few clips from Cyrus's rockin' pregame gig ahead, and then catch up on all of the must-see Super Bowl commercials everyone's talking about.
