To be fair, Herb Ertlinger isn't the easiest name to nail. Combine the name with the wacky fruit wine and a nervous Moira and you have this charming commercial.
Moira Sells Allez-Vous (Season 1, Episode 8)
We all know someone who's constantly trying to sell us something, so this hits close to home. Moira and David trying to push their Allez-Vous products on the citizens of Schitt's Creek [5] sends me right back to the many Tupperware and Mary Kay parties of yesteryear.
Moira Sings "Oh Danny Boy" (Season 1, Episode 9)
Is there anything better than Moira bursting out in song to save her husband from completely botching a eulogy? There's not, and Moira singing "Oh Danny Boy" is just too good.
Moira's Jazzagals Audition (Season 2, Episode 3)
If you thought Moira's Jazzagals audition was going to be one to remember, then you thought right. I love Moira's ego and I love when it turns on her. Obviously we know Moira can sing, but this audition was a real doozy.
Moira and Johnny Buy a Car (Season 3, Episode 3)
What even is this accent, Moira?! While she and Johnny are trying to buy a car, Moira decides to take on this persona as someone from London who was one of two identical twins, and it's just TOO much.
Moira Shows Up For Graduation (Season 3, Episode 13)
Alexis is pretty sure no one from her family is going to show up at her graduation, but not only does Moira show up, she also brings all the Jazzagals. The quiet moments between Alexis and Moira while she's singing "Baby I'm Yours" are so genuine and touching, and it's one of the few times we see Moira as a proud mama.
Moira and David Duet (Season 4, Episode 3)
The fact that this performance takes place at the Asbestos Fest should really clue you in to how damn good it is. Moira's duet with David to a medley of Christmas songs (for an event that's decidedly not related to Christmas) is a real treat.
Bebe's Chamber (Season 5, Episode 10)
Listen, every single time Moira says "bebe" is a win in my book. This scene in particular, though, when she asks where bebe's chamber is, will forever be one of her best moments in the whole series.
The Crows Have Eyes 3: The Crowening (Season 6, Episode 4)
So technically this is the trailer for The Crows Have Eyes 3: The Crowening, which the Roses watch in this episode, but her turn in this film is truly Moira's peak.
Moira Officiates (Season 6, Episode 14)
Honestly, every single thing about the final episode of the series is perfect. The wedding, in particular, is a beautiful delivery from each character, including Moira who officiates. The costume, the stance, the emotions — I'm going to cry again just thinking about it.
