Netflix is bringing together some of your favourite stars for its latest holiday rom-com [1] Love Hard. From the team behind 2020's Holidate [2], the film centres on an online dating story gone awry. After LA journalist Natalie (Nina Dobrev [3]) finds love with an East Coast guy named Tag (Darren Barnet [4]) on a dating app, she travels across the country to meet him, only to find out she's been messageing Tag's childhood friend Josh (Jimmy O. Yang).
As if the plot wasn't intriguing enough, the film also features a mini Crazy Rich Asians reunion with Yang and Harry Shum Jr. "I love that guy," Shum told POPSUGAR about working with Yang again [5] for the film. "Even when I first met him, I immediately gravitated towards him. He's just a cool dude that I don't think people get to really see on screen as much. It's like our roles got reversed in this movie in a sense. I would normally play [his character] and he would normally play the jerk brother, so it was really fun to play that."
