Fans of Steve Carell [1] and Greg Daniels: Netflix [2]'s new series Space Force [3] is for you. The streaming service dropped a full trailer on Tuesday, giving us a look into Carell's newest character, General Mark R. Naird. Touted as "a workplace comedy centered around the people tasked with creating a sixth branch of the armed services [4]," the show fully leans into both the struggles and joys of what it would be like to run a branch of the armed services albeit with a comedic twist . . . four middle schools anyone?
One of the biggest highlights of the trailer is when Mark Naird dons a space suit, then tries to run in it . . . on Earth. If the thought of Carell trying (and failing) to "space run" isn't enough to get you to watch, the cast including John Malkovich, Ben Schwartz [5], Diana Silvers, Tawny Newsome, Lisa Kudrow [6], Jimmy O.
