Get Ready For These 12 New Netflix Original Movies Coming in May

If you've been looking for something new to watch on Netflix, look no further. The streaming service is coming in clutch this May with its new original films, including Amy Adams [1]'s highly anticipated The Woman in the Window [2], Zack Snyder's absolutely bonkers heist film Army of the Dead [3], and Monster. While Netflix's May offerings are filled with thrillers and mystery, there are a couple of titles that are sure to tug at your heartstrings like Sardar Ka Grandson. With films from India, the Netherlands, Mexico, Austria, South Africa, and the US, these are all the movies you can look forward to watching this month.

Monster

Starring Kelvin Harrison Jr., Jennifer Ehle, Tim Blake Nelson, Nas, A$AP Rocky, Paul Ben-Victor, John David Washington, Jennifer Hudson [5], and Jeffrey Wright, Monster tells the story of 17-year-old honour student Steve Harmon. After what seems like an eternity, Amy Adams [14]'s The Woman in the Window [15] is finally being released. Directed by Joe Wright, the film follows the agoraphobic Dr. Anna Fox as she becomes obsessed with watching her new neighbours, the Russell family. It doesn't take long for her to see something she shouldn't and she becomes fixated on solving a crime she believes she's witnessed.
