Pentatonix's Powerful "Amazing Grace" Cover Is Pretty Much Heaven Sent
Pentatonix has a way with Christmas covers, but their latest rendition of "Amazing Grace" might top them all. Ahead of the release of their new album We Need a Little Christmas, which came out on 13 Nov., the a cappella group shared a powerful music video that is filled with just as many stunning visuals as high notes. The video starts very simply with Matt Sallee singing solo as the rest of the members — Scott Hoying, Mitch Grassi, Kirstin Maldonado, and Kevin Olusola — join in, and the momentum continues to build throughout the nearly five-minute clip. In the end, the group quite literally takes us to church as they sing in front of an alter. Watch their incredible cover above before pressing play on their new holiday album.
