The first project that was greenlit by Netflix following Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's massive multiyear deal with the streamer in 2020 is finally headed our way. On 16 Aug., Netflix released the official trailer for "Heart of Invictus" and confirmed it'll premiere on 30 Aug. The docuseries will centre on the 2022 Invictus Games, following a group of competitors as they prepare for the games in The Hague, Netherlands. The trailer also shows previous interviews between Harry and the athletes.

Harry founded the Invictus Games in 2014 after serving in Afghanistan. His goal was to use sports to help aid the physical, psychological, and social recovery of active-duty soldiers and veterans. It's also where Harry and Meghan made their first public appearance as a couple in 2017.

"Since the very first Invictus Games back in 2014, we knew that each competitor would contribute in their own exceptional way to a mosaic of resilience, determination, and resolve," Harry previously said in a statement on Archewell's website. "This series will give communities around the world a window into the moving and uplifting stories of these competitors on their path to the Netherlands next year. As Archewell Productions' first series with Netflix, in partnership with the Invictus Games Foundation, I couldn't be more excited for the journey ahead or prouder of the Invictus community for continuously inspiring global healing, human potential and continued service."
