If you thought Sarah Paulson's roles on American Horror Story [1] were scary, just wait until you see the trailer for her new film, Run. In the thriller, Paulson plays an overprotective mother named Diane with a sinister secret. As the trailer showcases how Diane cares for her daughter Chloe (played by newcomer Kiera Allen) — including preparing all of her meals, giving her medication, and helping her with physical therapy — we quickly learn that not everything is what it appears to be.
