It's the news we've all been waiting for: "RuPaul's Drag Race UK" is returning to BBC Three on 22 Sept. for season 4 of the hit TV show [1]. As a new roster of gorgeous, glamorous drag queens compete in a series of challenges to be crowned drag royalty, they will be joined with a star-studded list of celebrities to make that all-important decision.

Alongside the recurring panel we've grown to love made up of comedians Alan Carr and Graham Norton, as well as TV favourite Michelle Visage and, of course, the incredible RuPaul, we will be seeing stars of stage and screen appear on the show.

Not only is RuPaul calling in some of his celebrity friends, but there also famous faces cropping up throughout the series to help with the challenges, too. From "Strictly Come Dancing" legends bringing sequins and sparkle to comedy favourites to make us howl with laughter, it's set to be a very special season.

As new drag stars compete to be the next The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney, Krystal Versace, and Blu Hydrangea [2], we already can't wait to champion the new batch. Plus, the show is known for making stars even if they miss out on the top spot. Bimini Bon Boulash [3] anyone?

The new series will be returning on BBC Three and BBC iPlayer on 22 Sept. Sashay this way while you wait to see the celebrity additions to series 4 of "RuPaul's Drag Race UK".

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Dame Joanna Lumley

The "Absolutely Fabulous" superstar will be a welcome addition to the series, that's for sure. A true icon, and a Dame as of 2022, the 76-year-old has decades of comedy, drama, and documentaries under her belt, so is sure to bring her wealth of experience, not to mention glamour, to her role.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Alison Hammond

The "This Morning" is known just as much for her infectious laugh as she is for her hilarious celebrity interviews. Telling it like it is, Hammond will be sure to join in with the drag queens. Plus, she has judging experience from her stint on BBC's "I Can See Your Voice".

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Hannah Waddingham

Emmy award-winnning Waddingham is a fabulous choice to appear on the series. Best known for playing Rebecca Welton on Apple TV's "Ted Lasso [4]", she also has a string of West End performances to her name, so will know how to judge a lip-sync battle.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Boy George

Hat-loving Boy George will certainly bring his flair for fashion to Drag Race. The "Karma Chameleon" singer has been pushing boundaries for decades, so he's sure to expect some innovative costumes this year.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Lorraine Pascale

Pascale knows how to walk the walk. The former model turned chef will be watching for those catwalk-worthy struts.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Mel B

Bringing some spice to the panel, Mel B [5] is never one to shy away from what she really thinks. The leopard-print-loving singer has given her opinions on "The X Factor," so knows how to bring her honesty to a reality show.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Leomie Anderson

British model Anderson was made a Victoria's Secret Angel in 2019, so there's no denying her style status, but who will she award drag wings to?

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Olly Alexander

Alexander's career is going from strength to strength, from a critically acclaimed performance in "It's A Sin" to his chart-topping music career, and now a turn on RuPaul's Drag Race UK, which could arguably be his biggest achievement to date, right?

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: FKA Twigs

The "Tears in the Club" singer is an edgy addition to the panel. Bringing her achingly cool vibes to the show, we can't wait to see her take on that fabulous drag queen sparkle.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Tess Daly

TV presenter Daly will be joining for the Snatch Game challenge, where she'll join former "Strictly Come Dancing" contestant AJ Ododu to offer up their best blankety blanks.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: AJ Ododu

Joining Tess Daly, TV presenter AJ Odudu, who is also being touted as a potential new "Love Island" host [6], will be taking part in the Snatch Game.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Aisling Bea

Comedian Bea will also be popping in to join RuPaul for a comedy challenge as the queens will need to bring the lols for the panel.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Giovanni Pernice

The queens will need to bring their A game! "Strictly Come Dancing" professional dancer Pernice will be putting them through their paces for an all-singing, all-dancing challenge.

"RuPaul's Drag Race UK" Season 4: Cathy Dennis

Legendary song-writer Dennis, who is credited on hits such as Britney Spears [7]'s "Toxic" and Kylie Minogue [8]'s "Can't Get You Out of My Head", will be stopping by the Werk Room to give the queens a song-writing masterclass.
