It's hard to believe that it's been nearly eleven years since Scrubs [1] ended, and, unsurprisingly, the talented cast [2] has gone on to do some pretty impressive things! Many of the iconic sitcom's stars have continued working in comedy [3] or expanding their TV horizons (Firefly Lane [4], anyone?), while others have reached even further and made the jump to movies or to behind-the-scenes roles.
There's a pretty good chance that you've stumbled across some of their other projects over the past several years, and most of them are still churning out funny, heartfelt, and creative work. Zach Braff as J.D. Cox
Zach Braff Now
Braff has built a career as a multi-hyphenate, adding directing and writing gigs to his resume over the past decade. He hasn't had another series regular role since Scrubs, though, focusing on smaller, quirkier projects like The Disaster Artist and Percy.
Donald Faison as Christopher Turk

Faison went straight from Scrubs to another TV sitcom: The Exes, a TVLand comedy which ran from 2011 to 2015. More recently, he joined the voice cast of Star Wars Resistance as pilot Hype Fazon (named especially for him!) and was a series regular on the ABC paranormal drama Emergence from 2019 to 2020.
Judy Reyes as Carla Espinosa

After Scrubs, Reyes joined the main cast of Lifetime's dramedy Devious Maids, which ran from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, she snagged another leading role, this time opposite Niecy Nash on the TNT series Claws. You've most recently seen her in her recurring roles as support group member Ramona on One Day at a Time and as media producer Eva on Succession.
Sarah Chalke as Elliot Reid

Chalke has been incredibly busy since she wrapped her role as Elliot! She's had major roles in several new TV shows, including the sitcom Speechless and the animated Paradise PD. Chalke also appeared on the Roseanne reboot The Conners, but not as her old character Becky (she was one of two actresses who played the role on the original); instead, she played a new character. Most recently, Chalke co-stars in the new Netflix drama Firefly Lane [5] opposite Katherine Heigl [6].
John C. McGinley as Perry Cox
John C. McGinley Now
McGinley has continued to work steadily in major roles on TV shows ever since Scrubs ended. He starred in two successive sitcoms, Ground Floor and Stan Against Evil, as well as a recurring role on Chicago P.D.
Ken Jenkins as Bob Kelso

Jenkins has kept a lower profile since wrapping Scrubs. His only credits since then are a recurring role on Cougar Town as the father of Courtney Cox's Jules, and a role as Elder Sam on Netflix's A Series of Unfortunate Events.
Neil Flynn as the Janitor

Flynn was able to parlay his fan-favourite role on Scrubs into a full-fledged leading man role for his next project. From 2009 to 2018, Flynn starred as Mike Heck, the father of a Midwestern family, on the ABC comedy The Middle.
Kerry Bishé as Lucy Bennett
Kerry Bishé Now
Bishé's filmography since Scrubs ended has been varied and intriguing. She played Donna Clark, one of the main characters on the drama Halt and Catch Fire, from 2014 to 2017. Since then, she's had major roles on Narcos and Penny Dreadful: City of Angels and appeared in the Amazon anthology series The Romanoffs.
Eliza Coupe as Denise Mahoney

After Scrubs, Coupe moved on to another ABC comedy, the short-lived but acclaimed Happy Endings. Other roles include a three-year recurring role as FBI Agent Hannah Wyland on Quantico, and, most recently, as Tiger on Hulu's Future Man.
Michael Mosley as Drew Suffin

Mosley has been working quite a bit since he wrapped Scrubs! Immediately after that show ended, he joined the main cast of the one-season '60s drama Pan Am, before tackling a slew of guest roles on shows like Castle and 30 Rock. He was a series regular on the USA comedy Sirens and played pastor Mason Young on Ozark from 2017 to 2018. More recently, he was seen as Doctor Light on Titans.
Dave Franco as Cole Aaronson

Franco's big breakthrough in the movies came just after Scrubs, when he starred in 2012's 21 Jump Street. Aside from a few guest spots over the years, he's stuck mostly to big-screen projects, including roles in the Now You See Me and the Lego Movie franchises, reprising his role as Eric for 22 Jump Street, and buzzy movies like The Disaster Artist and If Beale Street Could Talk.
