Selena Gomez Talks About Her Rare Album on Tonight Show

Selena Gomez Just Found Out the Wizards Theme Song Inspired Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy"

Selena Gomez dished on all things music when she stopped by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Monday night. Looking super retro in a halter Miu Miu minidress, the singer sat down with the host to talk about her recent album, Rare. However, before doing a deep dive on her new songs, she took a trip down memory lane as she found out that the Wizards of Waverly Place theme song was actually the inspiration behind Billie Eilish's "Bad Guy." Let's just say, her reaction to the crowd singing along was too cute.

During her interview, Gomez also revealed the meaningful reason she decided to title her album Rare. "The word is so special, and it means a lot," she explained. With the simple word, she hopes to inspire fans to be comfortable in their own skin, because they "weren't meant to look like everyone else," they were "meant to be who you are."
