If snagging a ticket to see Taylor Swift [1]'s Eras Tour in person wasn't in the cards for you, you're in luck. Swift is bringing one of the year's hottest tours — which revisits 10 eras and 17 years of her music — to a cinema near you!

On 31 Aug., Swift announced via Instagram [2] that a "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" movie will hit cinemas in North America before her Eras Tour even ends. "The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far and I'm overjoyed to tell you that it'll be coming to the big screen soon," the singer wrote alongside the movie's trailer, which features clips of her performing on tour set to the tune of her hit "Cruel Summer." "Starting Oct 13th you'll be able to experience the concert film in theaters in North America! Tickets are on sale now. Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged 🫶 1, 2, 3 LGB!!!! (iykyk)."

The news gets even better. According to a 26 Sept. movie update, fans everywhere will soon be able to enjoy one of the most talked-about tours of the year via the big screen. "The tour isn't the only thing we're taking worldwide........ 🌎 Been so excited to tell you all that The Eras Tour concert film is now officially coming to theaters WORLDWIDE on Oct 13!" Swift announced on social media [3].

According to the movie's Fandango listing page, "The Eras Tour" movie has a runtime of two hours and 45 minutes, which is slightly shorter than Swift's in-person concerts. While it's not known yet what songs from the concert will be included in the movie, Variety [6] reported that it'll feature a secret songs mini-set [7] — which could include any of the various songs Swift has surprised fans with on tour, from "Tim McGraw [8]" and "Afterglow" to "Maroon."
