It seems like a lifetime ago since we were first introduced to "Baby Yoda [1]," I mean The Child, and his absolutely adorable relationship with Mando (Pedro Pascal [2]). Luckily for us, we'll be getting to see more of their interactions soon as it was announced on Twitter that The Mandalorian [3] season two will premiere on Disney+ on Oct. 30.
The first season follows a Mandalorian (aka Mando) named Din Djarin, a warrior and bounty hunter who finds himself hired to hunt a member of Yoda's race called The Child, aka Baby Yoda. There's no word on what the second season has in store, but we have a few theories [4] of our own. Seeing as Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett in the Star Wars prequels, has been cast to play Boba Fett [5] in the second season [6], we can't wait to see whether or not he'll be a friend or foe to Mando and his surrogate son "Baby Yoda."
