Not All of Netflix's True-Crime Shows Are Documentaries — Here Are the Best Dramas

Netflix is notorious for being a hub of true-crime content, housing everything from Wild Wild Country to Making a Murderer. However, not all of its shows about con artists and murderers strictly follow the nonfiction documentary format. If you're into a great story arc and fleshed-out characters, there are plenty of dramatized true-crime TV shows on the streaming service. After all, who can resist Toni Collette playing a whip-smart detective on Unbelievable or Sarah Paulson portraying one of America's most famous prosecutors on The People v. O.J. Simpson? There's a whole world of well-written dramas to enjoy, so here's our roundup of nondocumentary true-crime shows you can watch right now on Netflix!
