The 2023 BAFTA TV Awards are over for another year. As celebrities descended on London's Royal Festival Hall, the red carpet was lit up with colourful gowns and dapper suits before the who's who of TV took their seats to find out the winners of the prestigious awards. As hosts Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan took to the stage, with Amelia Dimoldenberg taking the backstage interviews, it was an evening full of comedic interludes.

Whether Claudia Winkleman asking her husband for a dog while accepting the award for "The Traitors" or Kate Winslet sharing a loving mother-daughter moment with Mia Threapleton as they won for "I Am Ruth", the show was a celebration of British television. The film BAFTAs, the sister to the TV award show, took place in Feb., and while the night saw Austin Butler and Cate Blanchett recognised, the awarding body was criticised for not one person of colour winning any category throughout the whole evening. Fortunately, the BAFTA TV Awards celebrated more diversity with its well-deserved winners.

Read ahead to see all the winners of the evening.
