Vanderpump Rules Season 11: Cast, Trailer, Release Date

"Vanderpump Rules" Returns This Winter: What to Know About Season 11

The last time we caught up with the cast of "Vanderpump Rules," things were a mess. During the season 10 reunion in May, things came to a head between Ariana Madix and her ex Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss, who'd been secretly having an affair together for months right under her nose. The truth was revealed that March, after season 10 had finished filming, but cameras booted back up to catch the drama. The rest of the cast — including Scheana Shay, Katie Maloney, Lala Kent, and James Kennedy — were equally up in arms about the betrayal as it reverberated through their friend group. On Nov. 3 at BravoCon, Bravo released a teaser trailer for season 11 — which will premiere this January — and the drama picks up right where we left off, even though Leviss isn't back for the new episodes.

The trailer features a more sober version of the show's iconic theme song, and it shows some really intense fights between Madix and Sandoval, who still live together in the home they purchased. Lisa Vanderpump seems to try to build some sympathy for Sandoval, but will that ever be possible? We'll have to wait and find out.

As for the cast, we do have some idea of what they've been up to since the reunion. Sandoval and Leviss have seemingly split for good, and Madix has moved on with a new romance herself. Madix is also tearing up the dance floor this fall on "Dancing With the Stars." Meanwhile, Tom Schwartz appeared on Fox's "Stars on Mars," and Sandoval took a short trip to "The Masked Singer."

Ahead, here's everything we know about "Vanderpump Rules" season 11 so far.

Filming for the new season began sometime in late June. Kent confirmed in early September on Instagram that they had finished filming, per Us Weekly (though filming of talking heads takes place over the course of several months after the main series is done).

Leviss — who now goes by Rachel — did not take part in filming the new season of the show. As a source told Entertainment Tonight in August, "There was a possibility up until recently she'd be returning for the new season, but ultimately decided against it. Rachel is focussed on her mental health journey and knew going back to the show would open her up to trauma she's been working on healing. Rachel is looking forward to what the future holds for her."
