Cannes, Sundance, and BFI Film Festival Will Stream Films for Free to Raise Funds For COVID-19

For the first time ever, We Are One: A Global Film Festival is collaborating with 20 international film festivals on a 10-day digital streaming event to raise funds for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Solidarity Response Fund, managed by the World Health Organization. The 10-day event will include programs you typically find at a film festival, including international film premieres and special industry talks.

The global film festival will be accessible to all for free on YouTube and encourages viewers to donate in support of fighting the novel coronavirus. The programming schedule will be cocurated by Cannes Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, BFI London Film Festival, Toronto International Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival, Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, Guadalajara International Film Festival, International Film Festival & Awards Macao (IFFAM), Jerusalem Film Festival, Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI), Karlovy Vary International Film Festival, Locarno Film Festival, Marrakech International Film Festival, New York Film Festival, San Sebastian International Film Festival, Sarajevo Film Festival, Sydney Film Festival, Tokyo International Film Festival, and Venice Film Festival.
