Miranda also consults Carrie about whether to tell Big about kissing Aidan (as we all remember, she has experience with infidelity thanks to Steve's affair in the first Sex and the City movie). By the end of Sex and the City 2, Miranda is back in Brooklyn and joins a new and diverse law firm where she is finally appreciated.

As a new mom of two at the start of Sex and the City [14] 2, Charlotte worries that her husband, Harry, is attracted to their Irish nanny. It turns out that all of Charlotte's insecurities were unfounded, as the nanny is actually a lesbian. After one divorce, difficulty conceiving, and an adoption process across the whole Sex and the City series, it seems like Charlotte has found the perfect life with her loving husband and two daughters by the end of Sex and the City 2.

What doesn't happen to Samantha? The public relations maven lands a five-star holiday to Abu Dhabi for all of her friends in Sex and the City [15] 2, but soon butts heads with Middle Eastern culture. We can't forget about Aidan! The furniture maker-turned-interior design extraordinaire runs into Carrie while purchasing a rug at a souk. Carrie, of course, is buying shoes. It turns out some things never change, including the spark between Carrie and Aidan — even after calling it quits (twice!) throughout the series. Over dinner in Sex and the City [17] 2, Aidan tells Carrie that he is still married to his wife Cathy and has three sons.
