New year, new Issa! Season three of Insecure left us with a newfound sense of a self [1] and the tantalizing need to know what's next, but due to Issa Rae's busy schedule [2], fans have had to wait a bit longer for season four's production [3]. Thankfully, the wait is over! Issa Rae surprised fans with a small teaser on her Instagram page [4] announcing the premiere date for the show's fourth instalment: April 12. Not only are fans a few months away from catching up with Issa, Molly, Tiffany, and the rest of the gang, but we also got a sneak peek of how Issa's been fairing since season three's finale. Spoiler alert: she's feeling damn good!

Not only does Issa look like she's loving life, but she's obviously feeling it too! The dancing, the rapping, the smiles; it looks like putting an end to all the boy drama [5] has done her some real good. Now let's hope she sticks to it!
