That said, there's been uncertainty around when and where to watch new late-night content since in-studio production shut down mid-March. Some shows have been regularly uploading content onto YouTube, where they post fundraisers with organisations to help frontline workers and food banks [5]. Others have already returned to the air, hosts filming from their homes and chatting with guests by video call. Jimmy Kimmel Live!
In mid-March [6], ABC moved Nightline, which exclusively covered the coronavirus, to Jimmy Kimmel Live's 11:35 p.m. slot. Starting Monday, April 13 [7], the show will air original episodes in a 30-minute format in its original slot followed by Nightline's coronavirus updates. Kimmel has been producing his show remotely on YouTube and his site, interviewing celebrities and organising bits like Samuel L. Jackson's "Stay the F**k at Home" reading [8].

On Monday, March 30, The Late Show With Stephen Colbert [12] returned to CBS in its original airtime of 11:35 p.m. with original full-hour episodes conducted remotely. Stephen Colbert was one of the first late-night hosts to start posting videos on YouTube, bringing his fanbase a little bit of levity by delivering his monologue from his bathtub.

The latest episode of The Late Late Show With James Corden aired on March 12, with new installations returning to CBS from Corden's garage starting Monday, April 13 [15].
