Sometimes, the couples who seem the happiest on Bachelor in Paradise [1] are the ones who break up right before the final episode. It must be the whole leaving-Paradise-for-the-real-world-where-you'll-actually-date thing. Luckily, that wasn't the case for all of the couples on season six, because we have multiple congratulations to issue! Three couples solidified their love for one another with an engagement.
It's pretty crazy to see that after just one month of dating [2], not one, but three couples are ready to commit to a lifetime together. Hey, these couples [3] are still happy after finding each other in Mexico [4]! We can only hope that all three engaged couples make it down the aisle, because we sure do love a TV wedding.
Hannah Godwin and Dylan Barbour
Hannah had a fling with Blake Horstmann [5] at the very beginning of Paradise, but Dylan never gave up [6] on showing Hannah that he was the one for her. When she had to choose between the two, Hannah chose Dylan and the rest of their time in Mexico seemed as easy as could be. Dylan got down on one knee and Hannah said yes!
Katie Morton and Chris Bukowski
Things weren't always perfect for Katie and Chris, but they were together through most of Paradise. To Bachelor Nation, it looked like Katie felt more stronger for Chris than he did her — other cast members even said that she was more into him. This engagement was probably the most shocking of the three, but we wish them all the best!
Demi Burnett and Kristian Haggerty
OK, so maybe Demi and Kristian knew each other [7] longer than a month, but they still had their fair share of issues to overcome. Demi was anxious over how people would react to her being with a woman [8] and wasn't into PDA like Kristian was, so their love languages [9] were different. These obstacles couldn't stop the connection between these two and Demi proposed to Kristian, making them the first same-sex couple to leave Paradise together.
