The 10 Colours You'll Need to Add to Your Autumn 2015 Wardrobe
If you haven't bought your Autumn must-haves yet, now is the time, and to start you off, take a look at the Pantone Colour Institute's list of the 10 key shades that will make up this season's colour wheel of style.
Released ahead of New York Fashion Week, the seasonal colour report has a history of highlighting hues that will eventually become major fashion trends, and this season is no exception.
"Juxtaposition of colour from opposite sides of the spectrum emphasises poise and confidence on the runway," Leatrice Eiseman, Pantone's executive director, said in a statement. "Autumn 2015 is rooted in multi-faceted colours that can be worn to portray effortless sophistication across men's and women's fashion. It is the first time we are seeing a truly unisex colour palette."
From the military-inspired Dried Herb to Marsala, the controversial colour of the year, the nation's top designers are already putting these colours to use, as evidenced by this season's sketches. Take a look, and plan your outfits accordingly.
