While most attendees slipped into slinky, barely there dresses once the charity event ended, Blake stuck with the night's "Heavenly Bodies: Fashion and the Catholic Imagination" theme, ever so subtly, and changed into a schoolgirl-esque ensemble before hitting the party circuit.
