Chanel Spring 2014
Karl Lagerfeld proved himself as the ultimate showman today, turning the Grand Palais into a Chanel modern art gallery for the Spring 2014 show. Models glided past paintings and sculptures referencing the house's iconic logo, tweeds, and fragrances to the thumping beat of Jay Z's "Picasso, Baby." New motifs of the season focussed on wearing two bags at once, including the graffiti-emblazoned tote and embellished backpack. And if you love bright colour, you're in luck with almost neon shades. A masterpiece indeed!
