Christian Siriano sent neon green gowns and tropical print platforms down the runway for Spring '19, but it was a simple T-shirt with he phrase "Vote For Cynthia" that got the biggest cheers from the front row: Danielle Brooks, Whoopi Goldberg, and yes, Cynthia, herself.
