Fab Flash: Westminster Council Says 'No' to Pedestrianised Shopping

London is facing a bit of a make-over at the moment so that it is looking its best for the 2012 olympics! The ORB Action Plan was introduced to improve the capitals main shopping district including Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street.

There were calls for the area to be pedestrianised to make it safer for shoppers. However, today Westminster Council ruled this out, pledging instead to make the pavements wider and to reduce traffic in the area. What do you think of the plans?
