A new collection is bringing us back to the days of those iconic Britney Spears commercials. (Seriously — remember those?) Forever 21 and Pepsi just collaborated on a line of apparel, accessories, and even beach products that feature throwback silhouettes, tie-dye prints, and a lot of neon.
