Binge-racing Netflix's Stranger Things season two, I found myself instantly in awe of Sadie Sink's character Maxine, or "MadMax". One big factor of said adoration? Her wardrobe. Serving prime new kid on the block vibes, Maxine embodies Californian cool girl as she darts about on her Madrid skateboard in muted, earthy tones with her flowing red locks, loose and wild. It's obvious to see the influence of skate legends like Patti McGee and Ellen O'Neal in this little firecracker. Her carefree clothing looks as if it's been plucked straight from Venice Beach, and I'm hooked. Read on for the tube socks, striped tees, and skate shoes that are helping me emulate my inner Zoomer. Then let's talk about Eleven's b*tchin' new look.
