When we said what we thought was a final goodbye to Star Wars in 2005 with Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, little did we know that our intergalactic cravings would be satisfied again a decade later. With the help of J.J. Abrams, 2015 is going out with a bang, thanks to Star Wars: The Force Awakens. And anything that people are this excited about, the fashion crowd always gets behind.
On the lead up to its big release date, the film has already collaborated on merchandise and unique collections with Selfridges and Bloomingdale's with the likes of Giles Deacon and Opening Ceremony as choice designers. Inspiration and imagery have been used from the previous films on the catwalk, too, with Preen printing Darth Vaders on its Autumn/Winter 2014 collection and Kirsten Dunst wearing Rodarte's Death Star at the Met Gala in 2014.
