Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore! Hits Somerset House
London's Somerset House isn't just home to an ice-skating rink this Winter. The real hot ticket is a new exhibition. Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore! celebrates the life of the woman who lived for fashion and art, showcasing over 100 pieces from Isabella's vast collection, including designs by her good friends Alexander McQueen and Philip Treacy, alongside labels like Dior, Prada, and Viktor & Rolf.
Curated by Alistair O'Neill with Shonagh Marshall and designed by Carmody Groarke, with installations by Shona Heath, the exhibition takes us on a journey through Isabella's life, from her friendships to her fashion shoots. Click through for a taste of what you can expect.
Isabella Blow: Fashion Galore! opened on Nov. 20 at Somerset House, in partnership with the Isabella Blow Foundation and Central Saint Martins. Tickets are £12.50.
The companion catalogue is edited by Alistair O'Neill with photography by Nick Knight and is published by Rizzoli (£40).
