Janelle Monáe Is Business on Top, and Party at the Bottom at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Janelle Monáe was a lady in red at the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar afterparty, but instead of wearing a dress, the Hidden Figures star stepped onto the red carpet in a Christian Siriano pantsuit that had so many details, we don't even know where to start.
First, the bedazzled shoulder pad strips that match the crystal rose on her tie, second, the cropped length of the blazer, which hits perfectly where the skirt starts. The actual skirt features a dramatic train, that looks great from the back, and creates a perfect cocoon for the matching pants.
