When Kacey Musgraves glided onto the 2019 Oscars red carpet on Feb. 24, I saw visions of Glinda the Good Witch immediately. The cotton candy pink! The tulle! The tiers! The illusion sleeves! I'm surprised the 30-year-old singer and recent Grammy winner didn't arrive to the show in a bubble. Kacey kept the rest of her outfit relatively understated, opting for diamond stud earrings and a metallic clutch.
She'll be helping to introduce a musical performance later on in the show, so hopefully I'll get even more glimpses at her stunning gown. Ahead, see more photos of Kacey's delicate look.
