Despite a small alteration to the sleeves, eagle-eyed royal fans may recognise Kate's floral black gown from the 2017 BAFTAs [4]. While the outfit used to be off-the-shoulder, Kate added a matching cap sleeve this time around, making the drop waist dress a little more modest. It's a whole new look!
