After a fancy evening at the BAFTA Awards and a stylish afternoon amongst fashion's elite, the Duchess of Cambridge has resumed her royal duties. On Wednesday morning, Kate stepped out in Sunderland, to open an arts and music centre. For the occasion, she wore a custom, military-inspired Dolce & Gabbana coat over the Séraphine Phaedra dress (£159), and accessorised her outfit with a matching clutch, black gloves, tights, and a pair of suede Tod's pumps.
