For an appearance at the National Portrait Gallery in central London yesterday, The Duchess od Cambridge donned another beautiful high brow dress from Chelsea designer Emilia Wickstead. The frock, which is non-maternity, although bespoke, is a shimmery pale blue shade with a jacquard pattern that she paired with grey suede court shoes. Kate not only looked lovely during her outing, but the visit was well worth all of the primping. She was in attendance as the royal patron for the 11th anniversary of a charity called The Art Room, which gives children and teens a chance to explore drawing and painting as a self-esteem building exercise.
