Kendall Jenner partied with Hailey Baldwin, Elsa Hosk, Cara Delevingne, and Joan Smalls at the new Times Square Edition hotel in NYC. Joan might've been dressed in electrifying neon and Hailey in a strappy Tom Ford design, but Kendall's plunging python print mini took our breath away.

There was a ruffle trailing down the side of Kendall's skirt, and she completed her outfit with small gold hoops and square-toe olive sandals.
