When most people dress up, they look like a million bucks, but when Kim Kardashian [1] dresses up, she actually wears a million bucks. Seriously! On Thursday night, the reality star took the town wearing a money-covered trench coat from Jeremy Scott's 2001 Fall collection. She paired the coat with matching pointed-toe boots and a Judith Leiber gold sparkling purse [2] embellished with a dollar sign. Sorry, Rich Uncle Pennybags, we've found the real Mrs. Monopoly.
While Kim recently has been opting for formfitting neon dresses [3], the flashy look came out for a special occasion. "What do you do when your friend sells her company for a couple billion? You wear a full money 'fit and throw her a party," she said on her Instagram Stories [4], flaunting her look. Kim was celebrating friend Anastasia Soare, the founder and CEO of makeup line Anastasia Beverly Hills [5] (and creator of my favourite eyebrow pencil [6]). It's unknown who she sold to, but in May, Forbes reported that Anastasia Beverly Hills [7] "is worth at least $1.5 billion."
