Kim paired her pants with the most perplexing crop top known to mankind: a one-shouldered bra of sorts that featured a long, skinny piece of fabric dangling down to her knees, for whatever unknown reason. As she walked, the cloth awkwardly whipped back between her legs, making for one strange photo opp.
