Kristen Stewart wore her signature palette of smoky eyes and rosy cheeks and lips at the LA Film Festival last night that she paired with her cool, casual outfit. But what differentiated this particular look is the fact that it was all achieved using drugstore makeup. Fiona Stiles worked with Kristen to create this ultraflattering palette using CoverGirl products, so to see her tips on how you can get the look at home, just read more.
Stiles started by applying the brand's NatureLuxe Silk Foundation with a synthetic brush, blending it out with a damp sponge for a sheer, luminous coverage. To set, she dusted on a small amount of translucent powder.
Stiles applied the rusty bronze shade from the Smoky ShadowBlast in Purple Plume onto Kristen's lash line to just above the crease. The plum color from the Exact Eyelights quad for green eyes was then applied over the ShadowBlast to add depth. For definition, she used the same color on the outer corners of the eyes, as well as right under the lower lashes. To finish, Stiles waterlined Kristen's eyes with LiquilineBlast in Black Fire, smudging a bit into the top lash lines and outer corners. Two coats of black mascara topped it off.
Cheeks and lips:
For a bit of a flushed look, Cheekers blush in Natural Rose was used on the apples of the cheeks. And for the lips, Stiles applied LipPerfection lipliner in Smoky as a base, with LipPerfection lip color in Heavenly on top.
