No one could blame you if you suspected Kylie Jenner would show up to the 2018 VMAs in a skimpy, '90s-inspired minidress; but just when you think you know someone, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner threw us a major curve ball. Instead of the predictable skin-tight spaghetti dress or skin-baring cutout, Kylie showed off a tailored white blazer dress, complete with a waist-cinching belt. Polish is the word that comes to mind, especially when you add in the slicked, side-parted hair, minimal accessories, and elegant ankle-stap heels. In a word, Kylie looks downright chic.
