It seems like Kylie Jenner is no stranger to the Meghan Markle effect. The starlet stepped out on New Year's Eve with Travis Scott with bright blue hair and a double-breasted white Maggie Marilyn blazer dress that looked awfully familiar. It turns out, Ky wore a long-sleeved version of the blazer dress Meghan Markle wore back in October of last year. The Duchess wore a sleeveless version but kept her hemline a bit longer while Kylie shortened the length. The 21-year-old finished her look off with a pair of pink heels and a clear Lucite bag by L'Afshar. Read on to see both of their outfits.
