What is a Fair Amount of Time To Be Able To Return Items?
Marks and Spencer landed in hot water last week after a decision to change their returns policy. The High Street giant had previously allowed 90 days to return items, but has since changed it to just 35. It still has quite a generous time frame as some stores offer as little as 14 days. How long do you think you should be able to return unwanted items?
